Lenght of accepted photographs must be 40cm,300dpi . Photographs must be  taken in digital environment . These photographs must be 13 *18cm and sent to jury members . Applications must be included  name, last name, e-mail adress and telephone number information.Photographs accepted by the jury will be exhibited and names of the first three winners will be clarified by the votes of congress participants.
