Congress will be held in Istanbul Convention & Exhibition Centre. www.icec.org

Language of the Congress
The offical language of the Congress is Turkish. Sessions will be translated to English
simultaneously.

Letter of Invitation
The organising Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the Congress
upon request. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain
travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of
the Organiser to provide financial support. The letter will be forwarded to you with
confirmation of your registration.

Cancellation Policy

For the cancellation of the registration and accomodation fees until the date of
February 5, 2009, only %50 of the received payment will be refund to the participant.
Cancellations received after February 5, 2009, will not be entitled to any refund. All
refunds will be processed after the Congress.

Name Badges
All registered participants will be given identification badges. Participants without
badges will not be able to participate in the congress activities.

Accreditation
13th Annual Congress is accredited as “Continuous Medical Education (CME)” by the
European Board of Accreditation for Pneumology (EBAP).

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attedance will be available for all registered participants at the registration
desk to be distributed on May 8, 2010.
